Baxter, located on the west side of Brainerd, is a great place to find a home.

Whether you are looking for a home in town or something with a little more privacy – Baxter, MN has it all. Find a nice home on the lake, river, or even a nice town home in this quaint and respectable community. Baxter has several find shopping establishments, great restaurants, family businesses, popular churches, and specialty shops. Although you can’t visit Paul Bunyan in Baxter anymore since he has moved, Paul is only a short drive out on Highway 18.
